中国大陆各地区城市化发展水平的统计分析

利用2008年中国大陆31个地区的数据，从经济、公共服务、城建和人口等四个因素出发，运用因子分析和系统聚类的方法建立各地区城市化发展水平评价指标体系。结果显示：中国大陆整体城市化发展水平还有待提高，地区间城市化发展水平差距较明显，城市化各方面的因素水平发展不平衡。应在大力发展城市基础设施建设的基础上，发挥优势地区的带动作用，促进城市化水平协调发展。     

MDM2和PTEN基因表达与贲门癌发生发展的相关性

目的 MDM2、PTEN基因表达与贲门癌发生发展关系的研究。方法用免疫组化S-P法检测32例贲门癌组织及18例正常贲门粘膜组织中MDM2和PTEN表达情况。结果贲门癌组织中MDM2表达34.4%,显著高于正常贲门粘膜组织(P<0.05),且与贲门癌淋巴结转移、浸润深度呈正相关。PTEN在贲门癌组织中的表达40.6%,显著低于正常贲门粘膜组织(P<0.05),且与贲门癌淋巴结转移、分化程度相关。结论 MDM2和PTEN异常表达与贲门癌的关系密切,共同参与了贲门癌的发展、转移及浸润。     

非学历继续教育在高职院校中的地位和作用

目的:引起高职院校管理者对非学历教育工作的重视;方法:从高职院校非学历教育中存在的问题、定位及开展非学历教育的原则、效果等四个方面探讨了高职院校非学历教育的地位和作用;结果:提出了高职院校开展非学历教育的原则和意义;结论:确立非学历教育在高职院校中的重要地位是非常必要的。     

Sectoral Differences in Value Congruence and Job Attitudes: The Case of Nursing Home Employees

Drawing on a survey of nursing staff of nursing homes in a Midwestern state in the United States, the study examines how the relationships between employee–organization value congruence and job attitudes vary between nonprofit and for-profit organizational types. Statistical comparison of the levels of employee value congruence and job attitudes does not suggest significant difference between the two types of employees. Although value congruence is found positively associated with nursing home employees’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and negatively associated with intent to quit, consistent with prior research, the difference in the magnitude of the relationships between the two types of employees is not found. These findings suggest inconsistency with conventional wisdom of profiling employee value according to organizational ownership type.

Measuring the Sustainability of Tourism in Manuel Antonio and Texel: A Tourist Perspective

This paper examines tourist perceptions of sustainability in Manuel Antonio/Quepos, Costa Rica and Texel, The Netherlands. It also reviews tourist opinions of site-specific sustainability aspects and assesses differences between tourist types and their perceptions of sustainability. The ecological dimension of sustainability was perceived the most important, followed by social-cultural and economic dimensions. Among tourists to Manuel Antonio/Quepos there was no distinctive difference between the last two dimensions while the economic dimension was far less important among Texel tourists. Loss of local lifestyles and processes of urbanisation were the most serious problems perceived in Manuel Antonio/Quepos. For Texel, a fewrespondents indicated problems such as increase of prices, urbanisation and loss of local lifestyles. Results demonstrate tourist awareness of sustainability issues and that in the long run this awareness might lead to changes in tourist preferences.
